WHAT COMES INSIDE OF “THE PLAY BOX”?

The Play Box is filled with novelty products and items, handpicked with an obsessive attention to detail by a team of Sexperts. These products will follow monthly themes crafted to enhance your physical pleasure and to assist couples in expanding together and individually within their intimacy. DOES “THE PLAY BOX” SHIP WORLDWIDE/INTERNATIONALLY?

We will in the future, but at this time shipping is only available to those living within the US. But we’re coming world!

IS “THE PLAY BOX” CREATED FOR LGBTQ COUPLES?

Not yet. At this time our boxes are geared towards heterosexual couples, but can still be fun for any pair. However, don’t fret we plan on having boxes for our couples in the LGBTQ community coming within the next few years of production.

CAN I BUY JUST ONE BOX?

ARE THE PRODUCTS IN “THE PLAY BOX” FULL SIZE OR SAMPLE SIZE?

You will get a mixture of full size and sample size products in “The Play Box”. This will depend on what the product is. For example, we may send a sample of a flavored lube as opposed to a full size 4oz bottle. This way if it wasn’t your favorite you can let it go with ease and if you LOVED IT you can always purchase a full-size bottle in our “Play Shop“.

IS “THE PLAY BOX” DISCREETLY SHIPPED?

Absolutely! Your “Play Box” will be shipped in a sealed box wrapped in bubble wrap. No one will know what it is, it will simply look like a regular parcel. We also fully seal each box with shrink wrap before shipping, this way if someone does open the parcel bubble bag “The Play Box” is still safely sealed from curious eyes.

CAN I SEND ONE AS A GIFT?

You definitely can! & we just wanna say you’re a great gift giver! Click here to buy a gift “Play Box” that won’t auto renew. Enter your giftees shipping address (not your own) and we’ll handle shipping directly to them. To confirm that your gift purchase won’t auto-renew, make sure the “This is a gift” box is selected on the checkout page where you input your payment info. Also, make sure the “Auto-renew my subscription” box is not checked.

DO YOU HAVE A GIFT NOTE OPTION?

At this time we don’t have a gift note option set up however if you would like to add a note please contact us here. We can discuss adding a note to the box for an additional cost if desired.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

To see how to cancel your subscription click here. All cancellations must be done by the 19th of the month. If not canceled and billed you will receive the box for that month.

HOW CAN I PAUSE MY AUTO-RENEWAL?

To pause your auto renewal go to your “Adult Play Box” log in here. Then click on the “Subscription” tab on the left-hand bar of options. You’ll then see an “Edit My Subscription” button, select it. On the next page, you can click “Pause Renewal”. Your renewal will pause and will not rebill unless you go back into your account and unselect this option.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS FROM THE BOX?

We DO NOT allow any returns or exchanges on any products. Please read our full Return/Exchange Policy here.

HOW DOES “THE PLAY BOX” WORK?

“The Play Box” is a monthly subscription box that can be set up for a monthly recurring payment or set up for payments that recure every three months. This option is available for 3 or 6-month subscriptions. To purchase but not have an auto-renew set up make sure the “Auto-renew my subscription” box is NOT checked when you checkout. This option is available for the monthly renew and for the 3 and 6-month subscriptions. To see our “Subscription options” click here. Want to know what our Box is all about? WHEN AND HOW OFTEN WILL I BE BILLED?

“The Play Box” subscription service bills at the time of purchase and subsequently on the 21st of the month. For the month to month subscription, the billing cycle will be on the 21st of each month and will be renewed monthly. For a 3-month subscription, the billing cycle will begin at the time of purchase. Then billing will charge and renew every 3 months on the 21st of the month. During a 6-month subscription, the bill for the 6 months is split at the time of purchase and billed again for the other half after 3 months. This subscription will renew at the end of the 6 months. WHEN WILL MY “PLAY BOX” SHIP?

All boxes for subscribed customers are shipped by the 4th of every month. If you subscribe before the end of the previous month then your box will be shipped by the 4th. If you DO NOT then your box will be shipped at time of purchase and will arrive later then the other subscribers. One time boxes or gift boxes will be shipped at the time of purchase. Any products from the “Play Shop” are shipped separately, either at time of purchase or based on availability. All orders will receive tracking numbers.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping information along with tracking will be given at the time of purchase. Please remember this is based on your location. We are in Califonia and all shipping will be from here. Please be patient and just know it will all be worth it when The Box or product arrives.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE IN?

All prices and charges are in USD.
