Due to the intimate nature of our products we DO NOT & CAN NOT allow returns or exchanges on ANY products.

These products as with all products from this company are supplied AS IS. No warranty is given either implied or expressed unless supplied by the manufacturer. Products are intended as novelty only, and no representation is made or implied as to their suitability or safety for any particular use. Any and all Novelty Education provided is for informational purposes only. Purchasers use all products entirely at their own risk. The manufacturer or re-seller is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage or loss howsoever arising caused by use or misuse of the products. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the products and personal injury or damages due to use or misuse.

Many products from our company are supplied with a warranty through the manufacturer. All warranties must be fulfilled by contacting the manufacturer directly not by returning products to or contacting The Play Box to fulfill the warranty. If you are unsatisfied with an item or product we still can not accept it as an exchange or return.
